We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Bilingual (English & French) - Work ONSITE in Montreal! IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE! , working in the BPO industry in Montréal, Quebec, Canada .

The Customer Service Advisor is the first line of contact for our clients’ customers. As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the team’s overall success by providing prompt, accurate and professional responses and resolutions to our Clients customers’ enquiries.

You will work in a structured team environment while creating an outstanding customer experience, at the same time maximizing opportunities to promote Teleperformance’s Clients services and products.

To do so, the incumbent needs to provide a high standard of professional and personalized customer service that is consistent with our Corporate goal.

En tant que membre de l’équipe du service client, vous serez chargé de contribuer au succès global de l’équipe en fournissant des réponses et des résolutions rapides, précises et professionnelles aux demandes de nos clients.

Vous travaillerez dans un environnement d’équipe structuré tout en créant une expérience client exceptionnelle, tout en maximisant les opportunités de promotion des services et produits clients de Teleperformance.

Pour ce faire, le titulaire doit fournir un service client professionnel et personnalisé de haut niveau, conforme à notre objectif d'entreprise.

Responsible for all customer inquiries and questions.

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Address and solve technical problems in a timely manner and complete all work assignments within expected periods.
  • Maintain and exceed client and LOB KPI’s.
  • Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
  • Exercise retention efforts when appropriate.
  • Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms - assisting the customer with the correct price plan.
  • Work with confidential customer information.
  • Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call.
  • Enter data from customers into various software programs.
  • Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.

Responsabilités Professionnelles

Responsable de toutes les demandes et questions des clients.

  • Fournir un excellent service client à tout moment.
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques en temps opportun et terminer toutes les tâches de travail dans les délais prévus.
  • Maintenir et dépasser les KPI des clients et du LOB.
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes des clients en prenant des mesures spécifiques en temps opportun.
  • Exercer des efforts de rétention lorsque cela est approprié.
  • Identifier les clients qui effectuent des comparaisons et se renseigner sur les termes du contrat - en aidant le client avec le plan tarifaire correct.
  • Travailler avec des informations confidentielles sur les clients.
  • Résolution de problèmes pour aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes dès le premier appel.
  • Saisir les données des clients dans de divers logiciels.
  • Communiquer de manière appropriée avec les clients mécontents pour résoudre leurs demande.
  • S'épanouir en tant qu'esprit d'équipe dans un environnement dynamique et axer sur le changement.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • University / College degree preferred
  • One year customer service experience
  • One year call center experience
  • If on Work Permit, minimum validity for 1 year. (No students with schedule restrictions)

Formation et expérience :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Diplôme universitaire / collégial de preference
  • Expérience d'aumoins d’un an en service clientel
  • Expérience d'un an en centre d'appels
  • Si vous êtes en permis de travail, validité minimale de 1 an. (Aucun étudiant avec des restrictions d'horaire)

Job Requirements

  • Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs. Shifts between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • Clear Criminal Background Check
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Possess a high level of Professionalism
  • Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.
