RCMP is using a hybrid work model. Employees are required to report to the designated worksite three times a week, and will have the option to telework the rest of the week, subject to operational requirements.

Our team is located at 73 Leikin Drive in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven), in a modern building with plenty of free parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building, free use of a gym, and a cafeteria onsite.
Intent of the process
The immediate need is to staff three (3) positions on an indeterminate basis, with various linguistic profiles and an Enhanced Reliability Status security clearance.
A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives
- Experience in the use of a national or enterprise automated inventory control system (i.e SAP, TEAM).
- Experience in managing materiel assets in a minimum of 2 phases of the life cycle
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to research, develop and define materiel asset requirements
- Experience in planning and assessing client materiel asset requirements
- Ability to gather user business requirements and develop specifications for equipment
- Ability to establish asset life cycles and maintenance plans
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally.

Operational Requirements :
Willingness to work overtime if and when required.
Willingness to occasionally travel to storage facilities and warehouses around the country in an environment consisting of heat, dust, and humidity.

Assets Qualification :
Experience in a 24 / 7 operational environment, for example military, police force etc.
