What Will You Do?

In this role, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service.

Responsibilities include :

  • Responding to inbound sales calls for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
  • Securing and renewing orders, arranging delivery, and collaborating with manufacturing facilities.
  • Entering orders and quotes, performing follow-ups, and ensuring seamless execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Providing technical and non-technical support regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
  • Completing an extensive hands-on training program and focusing on personal development.
  • Working a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profit-sharing plan.
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM.

Skills / Experience :

  • Bilingual (French)
  • 1-2 years of sales / customer service experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Team-oriented with a drive for high performance
  • Self-management skills with goal-oriented focus
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Education :

  • High School Diploma required
  • College diploma or University degree preferred
