Your future duties and responsibilities :
The OAC (Optimization and Continuous Improvement) team is responsible for optimizing the Payroll Service Center (PSC) processes in order to continue offering quality service to our customers, while taking into account their constant growth.
Being a Technology Project Manager on the OAC team means :
- acting as the CSP's resource person for projects requiring RPAaS involvement
- Steering technology projects and ensuring that they perform according to the expectations of the mandators
- Act as crisis manager for PSC breakdowns and incidents
- Monitor deployments and coordinate the efforts of these initiatives
- Work in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that projects run smoothly.
- Propose initiatives to optimize and improve PSC business processes
- Identify and analyze operational and customer impacts, and make recommendations
- Keep management informed of the progress of all projects
- Represent operations on various internal committees (CRM, telephony, IT maintenance, etc.)
- Support the entire OAC team on specific technological aspects of certain projects.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
- University degree in a field related to the position or any other combination of relevant education and experience;
- IT knowledge
- Experience in crisis management
- Knowledge of a project planning tool, banking and payroll;
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience;
- Experience in project management an asset;
- Good organizational, planning and priority management skills;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and Agile environment;
- Change management, communication and writing skills;
