THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our SAP Platform Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving SAP technology solutions.
As the Senior Solution Systems Support Analyst, SAP, you will support with upholding superior quality through the proactive maintenance, management, and optimization of solutions related to Aritzia's SAP platform.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Solution Systems Support Analyst, SAP, you will :
- Implement structured testing and defect management to validate the quality of SAP technology solutions and equip our Solution Delivery and Service Desk partners to better respond to incidents
- Support with release management of SAP technology solutions to ensure smooth and efficient roll-out
- Provide excellent proactive and reactive support - including system monitoring and maintenance, incident and problem management, and asset and configuration management

The Senior Solution Systems Support Analyst, SAP has :
- Proven skills, education, and / or applicable certifications
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
