The Role
We are seeking a highly qualified Yardi Support Specialist to join our Yardi Help Desk Team . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be fluent in both French and English, and have demonstrated experience in support, thriving in a collaborative, team-based setting.
In this position you will work in cooperation with Lynx leadership, their project management team and external parties such as Yardi to deliver the full life cycle of our client engagements.
This may include scoping meetings, as well as post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide resolutions for Yardi Voyager and related modules.
- Maintain and be familiar with specific customer service standards and best practices for the support process.
- Respond to help desk queries in the company’s support ticketing system and record progress on those tickets.
- Record all billable and non-billable time in the time management system.
- Assist on development of proposals and presentations for clients and prospects.
- Assist in the creation of quick reference guides and any additional client documentation.
- Assist in preparation of reports and other forecasts if required.
- Provide other services for the Corporation, as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Yardi Commercial and Residential Technical Support / System Administration is required .
- Fluency in French and English is required .
- Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting (ABF) experience is highly desirable.
- High proficiency in troubleshooting and delivering remote support via email and phone, efficiently assisting customers.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Industry certifications in Property Management and / or Project Management are assets but not required.

- Good communication skills.
- Self Motivated.
