Who you are :
We're looking for individuals who are experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and passionate about marketing and the marketing technology ecosystem, with a desire for continuous professional growth.
Ability to deliver complex Marketing Cloud projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment;
all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.
What you'll do :
- Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Design and implement technology and creative business solutions for our clients
- Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors
- Collaborate with digital specialists across disciplines to innovate and build premier solutions
- Lead a small team of developers to deliver outcomes in SFMC as per client requirements
- Work closely with cross functional technical leads to deliver solutions that leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of internal departments and their processes in order to identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions as they relate to SFMC.
- Design new automations to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with client Salesforce Admins and Engineers to implement multi-component solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Act as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert
- Participate in compiling industry research, thought leadership and proposal materials for business development activities-
- Experience with scoping client work is a plus
What you'll bring :
- A deep understanding of all the modules in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud core products.
- Previous experience in consulting leading teams- background focused on experience with presales, SOW's, building out a team & people leadership.-preferred
- Good understanding of Data Cloud- Cert preferred.
- Manage business requirements and project ideation
- Contribute to solution plan definition
- Identify, and track key dependencies, issues, and risks
- Knowledge of technical languages used in SFMC is a plus : SSJS, AMPScript, SQL, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on Salesforce marketing technology implementation experience
- Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles
- Experience in Salesforce CRM a plus
- Team leadership experience - Ability to lead a small team of developers to deliver against client requirements
- Agile Project Management knowledge a plus - will be required to engage in Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to provide enterprise level vision while focusing on SFMC delivery.
- Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions
- Marketing Cloud certifications (Consultant, Admin) - Developer preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills
