Responsibilities :
- Participate in smaller focused mission teams to deliver value driven solutions aligned to our global and bold move priority initiatives and beyond.
- Design develop and implement robust and scalable full stack applications using Salesforce and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and practices across the organization to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions that adhere to architecture best practices.
- Assist support engineers and developers to overcome complex technical challenges faced by them.
- Maintain architecture artifacts up to date.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize performance security and maintainability of existing data and platform architecture and other technology investments.
- Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline Adhering to DevOps best practices for version control automation and deployment.
Ensuring effective management of the Value Team backlog.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in full-stack-development on Veeva and Salesforce cloud platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications : Required
Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting and configuring Salesforce applications, including Veeva CRM, and Health Cloud, at a life science company.
- Multiple complex deployments / implementing Salesforce applications.
- Deep knowledge in Veeva CRM suite of products and modules including CLM, Approved Emails, Veeva Align, and MyInsights.
- Deep knowledge in integrations between Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault Promomats and MedComms
- Experience in configuring Veeva Vault Promomats and MedComms.
- Experience in supporting integration between Veeva CRM and Veeva Network for mastering customer data.
- Certified Salesforce Developer Level 1 and / or Level 2
- Experienced in Salesforce SOQL queries and using Salesforce various administration tools such as Workbench and Data Loader.
- Experience in writing Salesforce APEX code
- Experience supporting architectural and code-review.
- Knowledge of data modeling and clear understanding of data structures and relationships.
- Subject Matter Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of Life Sciences / Pharma industry across Commercial, Manufacturing and Medical domains.
- Cross-Cultural Experience : Work experience across multiple cultures and regions, facilitating effective collaboration in diverse environments.
- Innovation and Creativity : Ability to think innovatively and propose creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Preferred
- Certified Salesforce Application or Technical Architect
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Vault Platform Administrator
- Experience in integration software such as MuleSoft
- Experience in RESTful APIs
- Experience in user authentication and authorisation across multiple devices including use of O’Auth and Azure Mobile Device Management
- Other complex and highly regulated industry experience will be considered across diverse areas like Finance and Medical.
- Analytical Thinking : Demonstrated ability to lead ad hoc analyses, identify performance gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Agile Champion : Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI / CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
