Position : Mobile Patrol Security Guard
Site : Paladin Security Office

Status : Part Time
Hours : Saturday & Sunday 1000-1800hrs
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr 0-3 months
$18.50 / hr 3 month - 1 year
$19.00 / hr 1year+
Overtime Method : Employment Standards Act - calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly

- In this role, you will be responsible for;
- Responding to alarms and service calls
- Conducting property inspections
- Guard supervision
- Assisting with scheduling
- Client liaison
- Vehicle maintenance
This position entails professionalism, communication, time management, critical thinking, analytical skills, proper procedure, and documentation.
Requirements :
- Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years.
- Must provide drivers abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
- Valid Ontario Security Licence
- Previous security experience is an asset
- Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement / Security program from a recognized college preferred
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
- High School Diploma / GED
- First Aid, CPR Level C
- Immunization Record
- Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)
Certification Requirements (Any)
Valid G Licence
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
