Hours : Tuesday - Friday 1600-0000hrs and Saturday 1500-2315hrs

Overtime Method : Employment Standards Act - calculation after 88 hours bi-weekly
Job Description :
- Provide leadership, direction and ongoing coaching and training to Field Staff
- Completes regular Site Visits to ensure Field Staff adhere to all Paladin Security policies and procedures
- Knowledgeable of Static Sites and required to provide Stand Downs as required
- Assist with Start Ups of temporary Static sites
- Ensures all Security Guards assigned to the Mobile Patrol unit have received mandatory training
- Ensures proper documentation is passed onto the Portfolio Resource Coordinator / Client Service Manager / Branch Manager
- Assists in completion of Daily Shift Run Sheet, inspecting properties and documenting property deficiencies
- Maintains accurate records of Client Keys, Access Cards and Contact Information
- Participates in London / St. Thomas Branch Operations After Hours On Call Rotation to provide emergency scheduling
- Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints
- Communicates any concerns / issues with PRC / Security Programs Manager
- Manage day to day operations of the Mobile Patrol Unit including Vehicle Maintenance, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Ensures vehicles are clean and presentable at all times
Requirements :
- Must possess a valid G Class Drivers Licence with a minimum driving experience of 3 years.
- Must provide a Drivers Abstract and have no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions and no more than 6 demerits in the last 3 years
- Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Must possess a valid First Aid / CPR certification from a WSIB approved course provider
- Must have 1 Year Security Guard security experience
- Preference will be given to applicants with a Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement / Security program or Military or Police training.
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and the Mental Health Act
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office and Security Reporting Software ie : TrackTik
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, tact and diplomacy
- All successful applicants must undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
