Position : Systems Administrator Microsoft Dynamics
Location : Toronto, ON
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry : IT / Telecommunications / Technology / Systems Administrator / CRM
Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent / In-person
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.
- Administer and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices and implement them as appropriate.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and configuration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
