Whatyou will be doing :

• Clean allassigned guestrooms to establishedstandard
• Take initiative to add a personalizedexperience for each guest
• Take ownership ofguests privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptionalservice
• Consistently offer professionalfriendly and engaging service
• Followdepartmental policies and procedures and servicestandards
• Report necessary maintenanceitems
• Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies
• Perform all other duties asassigned

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude :

• Warm andcaring personality; previous housekeeping experience is anasset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attentionon guest needs being professional andwelcoming
• Excellent organizational skills andtime management
• Keen attention todetail
• Excellent communication andorganizational skills
• Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
• Highly responsible& reliable
• Ability to work cohesivelywith fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimumsupervision
• Ability to focus attention on guestneeds remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
• Ability to work a variety of shiftsincluding early mornings nights weekends andholidays
