- Uphold thehighest standard of customer service and guest health &safety by demonstrating and applying 5 Star service standards atall times.
- Ability to identify empathize andappease any guest concerns in person.
- Maintainthorough knowledge about all aspects of spa facility fitness centerpool and hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensurethe spa and pool facility is in peak condition at all times byactively circulating and reporting / entering work orderspromptly.
- Provide tours of the spa and fitnessfacilities toguests.
