Here's how a(n) Accounts Payable Clerk for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team :

Responsibilities

  • Recording expense statements, credit card statements, supplier invoices, cash receipts and journal entries
  • Collecting and organizing monthly operations reports from all offices
  • Prepare various consolidated monthly operations reports
  • Perform other accounting tasks and reconciliations as required
  • Improve spreadsheets and business processes through automation
  • Providing general administrative duties including filing, ordering office supplies and mail distribution
  • Miscellaneous support to Accounting team

Qualifications

  • One year experience in related discipline preferred
  • Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, the ability to be flexible, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy are equally important for this opportunity
