The Role

Neo Financial is looking for a full-time IT Solutions Architect to join our team and take ownership of the technical vision, planning, and roadmap for our enterprise IT projects.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the technical direction of Neo and driving our IT strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders to select the best vendors, oversee the implementation of their solutions, and ensure that our systems are built to scale.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Shape and maintain the technical direction and vision for Neo’s enterprise IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of various IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and a scalable architecture.
  • Operate autonomously as an independent problem solver, tackling complex challenges with minimal direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, providing innovative, out-of-the-box solutions that help shape Neo’s IT strategy.
  • Evaluate and select enterprise solutions that align with our technical needs, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely, cost-effective implementations.
  • Communicate complex IT strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and vision, and engaging in regular updates and feedback loops.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and systems integration, with proven experience in leading IT projects across various business areas from inception to delivery.
  • Strong background in IT vendor management with the ability to critically evaluate, negotiate contracts, and select the best products.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration and system architecture, ensuring smooth data flow between IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex IT strategies to various stakeholders and engaging in regular updates and feedback.
  • A desire to work in a dynamic, startup environment where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, adapt to changing priorities, and drive meaningful change.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture, make decisive calls, and design systems that will support Neo’s growth into the future.
