Insight Global's client is a Canadian provider of luxury bathroom products. They are based out of Montreal as well as have several other centers across Canada and the US.

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join their growing team 5 days a week onsite, Monday-Friday in their Montreal headquarters from 8AM-4 : 30PM.

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to deliver incomparable customer support to their customers.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email, and provide excellent customer service, even if it means going the extra mile
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and overall tech savvy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines with a positive approach, and be adaptable
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player

Nice to Have Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in the bathroom, plumbing, and / or electrical industries
  • Experience with an ERP system (they use sage 300)
  • Experience with a ticketing system (they use Zendesk)
  • Spanish speaker

Le client d'Insight Global est un fournisseur canadien de produits de salle de bain de luxe. L'entreprise est basée à Montréal et possède plusieurs autres centres à travers le Canada et les États-Unis.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un représentant du service à la clientèle talentueux pour se joindre à leur équipe en pleine croissance, 5 jours par semaine sur place, du lundi au vendredi, au siège social de Montréal, de 8 h à 16 h 30.

Le candidat idéal a un fort désir d'offrir un service à la clientèle incomparable à ses clients.

Compétences et expérience requises :

  • Bilingue en anglais et en français
  • Excellente étiquette téléphonique et excellentes aptitudes verbales, écrites et interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à organiser le travail et à établir des priorités.
  • Capacité à communiquer avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel, et à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, même si cela implique de faire un effort supplémentaire.
  • Solide connaissance de MS Office et de la technologie en général.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution, à respecter les délais avec une approche positive et à s'adapter.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe.

Compétences et expérience souhaitables :

  • Expérience dans les secteurs de la salle de bain, de la plomberie et / ou de l'électricité.
  • Expérience avec un système ERP (ils utilisent Sage 300)
  • Expérience avec un système de ticketing (ils utilisent Zendesk)
  • Parler espagnol
