Job Title : Project Manager

Mission

As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end execution of our projects, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.

You will serve as a key figure in delivering solutions that exceed client needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of industrial maintenance solutions from initiation to closure.
• Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of Spartakus APM and reliability to ensure seamless integration and deployment for clients.
• Resource Management : Oversee internal and external resources, ensuring optimal use of time and budget.
• Client and Team Coordination : Serve as the central point of contact for clients and coordinate across internal teams (Development, Support, Implementation) to align project goals.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks early, taking action to resolve issues before they impact project success.
• Quality Control : Take ownership of the quality of deliverables, budget control, and project timing to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project progress and decision-making.

Interactions

• Clients : Collaborate closely to understand and meet their needs.
• Internal Teams : Work with Development, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Stakeholders : Communicate progress and deliverables effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Documentation

• Project Plans and Schedules : Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and schedules.
• Status Reports : Regularly update all relevant stakeholders on project milestones and progress.
• Budget Tracking : Ensure projects stay within financial constraints and adjust plans as necessary.
• Risk Management Logs : Document potential risks and resolutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time, On-budget Delivery : Meet all project deadlines and stay within budget parameters.
• Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a churn rate of less than 5%.
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) : Ensure a high level of client satisfaction as reflected in the Net Promoter Score.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance / reliability is a must.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Communication skills, written and verbal, in French
• Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset
• Ability to manage resources and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
