We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for new business growth and developing client relationships with property investors, and developing referral sources from realtors.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop relationships with property investors and realtors
  • Track daily, weekly & monthly results
  • Keeping CRM up-to-date
  • Build a steady flow of qualified leads
  • Resolve escalated client complaints
  • Work with owners to recruit top-tier talent

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in property management, sales, or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
