Are you a visionary and experienced Product Manager seeking a new challenge? Do you want to be at the forefront of revolutionizing AI-powered analytics in the Pharma and Life Sciences industry?

Reporting to the Director of Product, the Product Manager will lead the development and management of internal tools focused on data management, data migration, and other critical internal processes.

As a Product Manager at ODAIA, you will work closely with our data engineering and machine learning teams to build robust and scalable tools that enhance our internal capabilities, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity.

The MAPTUAL Platform transforms complex data analysis into simple, actionable, and explainable recommendations. It combines AI and engineering capabilities, designed in scalable, microservice-driven architecture, built completely on AWS.

MAPTUAL utilizes a range of capabilities, including standalone applications via RESTful APIs and the ability to integrate into industry leading platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce.

MAPTUAL delivers dynamic predictive insights, actual value based segmentation and opportunistic next steps. Identifying a list of the most valuable customers, then curating when and how to get in touch.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Work closely with data management, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact tools
  • Oversee the development of tools that support data migration, governance, and management, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity
  • Assist with the overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and product vision
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, commercial teams and industry experts to define product requirements and specifications, understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new features and product improvements
  • Translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions, leveraging your strong understanding of data management and automation
  • Understand how different problems fit together, distill down to simple and robust core mechanics and orchestrate solutions that elegantly address a range of seemingly sophisticated requirements
  • Lead the productization process, ensuring scalability, usability, and a truly data-driven approach
  • Understand market trends, competition and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
  • Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on thorough market research and customer feedback
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by communicating the value and unique offerings of ODAIA's products
  • Serve as a contributor within the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

WHAT YOU BRING :

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on building internal tools or data management solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of data management, data migration, and related technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Bonus points for having deep knowledge of the Pharma industry, particularly in the commercial life sciences sector, and familiarity with related data types (RX, patient data, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product decision-making
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology / SaaS startup environment
  • Excellent communication, and experience directly communicating with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or similar related knowledge and experience

LOCATION

We are a fully remote company headquartered in Toronto with frequent virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions and socials.

We leverage many synchronous and asynchronous communication tools and provide an allowance to enhance your WFH setup.
