Weare seeking 25 individuals to join our client in the insuranceindustry as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In thisrole you will be instrumental in supporting the clients expandingoperations ensuring that members receive exceptional customerservice during critical moments in their lives.
You will managevarious customer service aspects including answering calls andfollowing up on group insurance plan files addressing both internaland external client needs with varying levels ofcomplexity.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $24.43.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Work hoursare scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm EST on weekdays withvariability depending on specificneeds.
Hybrid work : 3 office daysfrom Tuesday to Thursday.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :
College degree is an asset(nicetohave).
24 years ofexperience in customer service with strong problemsolvingskills.
Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken and written) to communicate with bothEnglishspeaking and Frenchspeakingclients.
Proficient withMicrosoft applications (Teams Outlooketc.).
Ability to thrive in afastpaced constantly changing environment while maintainingprofessionalism.
Technicalaptitude with exceptional research skills and attention todetail.
Previous customer serviceexperience in an information center retail environment or servicesector.
Passionate about customerservice with a dedication to meeting clientsneeds.
Quick to learn and applynew knowledge staying updated through continuouslearning.
Ability to achieve andtake responsibility for key performanceindicators.
Experience withSalesForce (nicetohave).
