Our client provides government organizations with asset management enterprise software solutions. We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with a strong background in computer programming, business processes with municipalities, and API development.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C#, RESTful APIs, and experience with ArcGIS Desktop and Server. This role will be critical in enhancing our systems and processes to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, and develop solutions to support the management of municipal assets, including infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using C# and RESTful APIs.
- Manage the integration of ArcGIS Desktop and Server into business applications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on programming and business processes.
- Proficiency in C# and experience with RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Desktop and Server environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with municipal assets strongly preferred
