Key Responsibilities :
The content product group manages the second most important asset of the global audit business. CPG mission is to support the global Audit & Assurance (A&A) quality and transformation objectives.
We do this by delivering readily accessible, relevant, digitized content into the hands of global Audit & Assurance (A&A) practitioners (approx.
70,000) to execute high-quality audits and assurance services globally. The technical BSA will be a member of a cross-functional Agile team that includes a chief product owner, product owner, developers / architects, and subject matter experts.
This role reports directly to the product owner and is responsible for supporting the product owner in the management and implementation of products within our componentized content management ecosystem.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), DITA Open Toolkit, HTML, basic Azure, Excel, data analytics, AI systems (chatbots, prompt engineering), and experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies are key requirements.
Requirements :
Gathering and Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and clearly document complex business and technical requirements.
- Describe and break down work into features and user stories that agile teams will deliver (product backlog management).
Data Analytics :
- Utilize data analytics tools / techniques to extract insights, with a specific emphasis on analyzing data generated within content management systems (user engagement, solution performance).
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Content Management :
- Technical understanding of the discipline of content management and delivery (Application Programming Interface review and analysis).
- Understanding how content is structured and used in the Component Content Management Systems (CCMS) system for authoring, reviewing, management, translation management, publication, delivery, and experience.
- Understanding / Exposure to Azure builds / pipelines
Quality Assurance :
- Work closely with the quality assurance group to review test plans / strategies and make recommendations.
- Being hands on with validating system(s) throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Manage User Acceptance Testing and other Business validation ceremonies.
- Ability to analyze findings to determine the severity and set priority based on the business need / value.
Metrics and Reporting :
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring the success of business processes and systems.
- Enhance the quality and relevance of reports through effective metrics and reporting practices.
Communication :
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective collaboration through clear and concise communication.
- Scrum and Agile Methodologies :
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and refine user stories specific to the tools and technologies in use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience as a technical Business Systems Analyst.
- Ability to facilitate group discussions and elicit requirements from stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to synthesize and document business, operational, and technical requirements to development teams.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of content management systems and authoring tools (e.g., RWS Tridion Docs, Adobe, DITA Open Toolkit, WordPress).
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or another Agile project management tool such as Jira.
- Proficiency in data analytics techniques and tools.
- Experience with Generative AI concepts and systems.
