We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to become part of a great team working out of the office in Ottawa East - this role is in the moving industry, so any prior experience with this kind of dispatch would be a huge asset!
In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed in a crisis, and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Responsibilities
What you'll do here?
- dispatch people, vehicles to locations throughout the region
- answer calls and assist customers over the phone
- utilize dispatch software to schedule
- maintain schedule records for payroll
- act as point of contact for delivery crews and liaise with sales staff
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the role :
- 2 years of relevant experience
- must possess a valid driver's license
- ability to multi-task and handle high stress environments
- a good working knowledge of Ottawa and Gatineau
- MUST be blingual (French / English)
