Job Description :
Overview : We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter Team Lead to join our team. This role combines hands-on recruitment with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of recruiters while driving the search for top-tier IT talent to meet our clients' needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to ensure successful candidate placements and lead initiatives to optimize our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals across various domains.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for senior-level IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements, recruitment needs, and timelines.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements in both French and English on relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and keep the candidate database up to date.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Enhance and streamline recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Actively participate in sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, and various online channels.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong expertise in sourcing and recruitment tools, including ATS and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level IT talent.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidate suitability for specialized IT roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience mentoring junior recruiters.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
