About the role
As part of the new Technology Solutions division, you will be joining the team in charge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, where the next generations of software applications are being developed to enable CMHC to achieve its mission.
As a Bilingual Senior Developer, SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions.
You will act as a point of contact for all stakeholders, which will include analyzing and meeting the needs of CMHC's internal clients.
What you'll do :
- Guides and advises a team of developers in their work by providing mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Being CMHC's leading expert on the SuccessFactors platform.
- Interfaces with the client community to determine their system needs. Documents the current and proposed business processes.
Advises clients of the proposed solutions and their impacts.
- Translate business use cases and requirements into logical SuccessFactors configurations that are easy to maintain.
- Designs and customizes plugins to add new features to the basic platform.
- Manage third-party application integration with SuccessFactors.
- Authors or updates technical specification documents for new or existing solutions.
- Participates in ongoing application maintenance support for existing solutions.
- Supports the testing lifecycle process, by creating test scripts, conducting unit tests, coordinating User Accept Testing and resolving issues that are discovered in the process.
- Completes application development projects for SDLC implementation into production.
- Leverages industry best practices and SAP road map to propose enhancements.
What you should have :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and / or experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications. This experience would be in roles and projects with increasing complexity in application development.
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Human capital management (HCM). This position will be the CMHC's expert on the SuccessFactors technology.
- Advanced ability to program and design applications to drive business objectives and innovation while meeting requirements.
This includes setting standards, best practices and reference designs.
- Advanced Knowledge with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
- Solid experience with end-to-end solution implementation, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations management, DevOps, and Enterprise Architecture and ITIL frameworks.
- Proven interpersonal, leadership and business competencies, including teamwork, facilitation, communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong development project organizational skills, including an ability to accomplish multiple priorities with team members when facing competing demands for resources.
- Solution-driven and creative problem-solving.
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English).
Technologies :
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors modules (EC / Time Management / RCM / ONB / PMGM / LMS / CDP / RMK / IAS).
- Implementation or support experience on Dell Boomi.
- Knowledge of Web Service APIs, Integration Center, SSO Setup.
- Source code management and DevOps with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience working with cloud platforms.
It would be great if you also had :
- Graduate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Certification in any one of SuccessFactors modules.
