Join the Litens Logistics Team as a Logistics Manager. As a Logistics Manager you will provide overall leadership in ensuring all supply chain logistics operations are working
effectively. You will be responsible for outlining and developing business plans to improve and or enhance those operations.

What will you do?
- Benchmarks external carrier rates, services and quality to ensure competitiveness
- Monitor performance of Litens drivers and outside contracted carriers
- Manage the dispatch office ensuring window time schedules for shipping and receiving
including milk runs for all inbound JIT parts) are met
Approve local Supply Chain Logistics invoices (freight forwarders, truck maintenance,
lease etc.)
- Manage truck fleet, maintenance and associated contracts
- Manage all freight forwarders daily as it relates to regional / local issues
- Assist Plant Manager on regional matters as it relates to global standards
What will you bring?
- Minimum of three years logistics management experience
- Project management experience
- Business degree, Supply Chain Logistics Management and / or equivalent work
experience
- Professional Logistics Designate preferred (PLog, CITT, SCL Diploma)
- Proficient in troubleshooting
- Proven leadership and team building capabilities
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP
