The HR Recruitment Manager oversees the HR function across the organization, maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The Manager ensures that all HR related matters are managed in a confidential and professional manner in accordance with the requirements and labor law of the jurisdiction in which employees are deployed.
As well, the Manager has a strategic role in assessing the needs of the company to ensure appropriate talent is acquired, managed and retained to ensure success of the global mission.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection;
conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees;
scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations;
maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Assist with preparation of legal agreements for employees and outside contractors.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin. Human Resources Management, MBA- HR is preferred
- 10+ years human resources experience including Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Employee Benefits Management
- Multi-lingual preferred
- Small and large project and program orientation and outcome management.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- HR Analytics experience is a plus
