IT Solutions Account Manager
You research the market and understand our industry landscape. You will proactively engage with our client organizations, develop relationships, and anticipate their upcoming needs for IT subject matter experts.
Your activities may include the following :
oProactivelycalling new clients to learn about emerging IT projects
oResponsiblefor controlling the sales process from the initial stages of finding aprospect, managing a funnel, presenting offers, closing the business,onboarding and then managing that relationship.
oComfortableworking with, and presenting to, IT executives within our client organizations andprospects.
oCollaborateon the development of our future business models and services.
oAcquireknowledge of evolving IT global trends by following industry news.
oDevelopaccount and relationship management strategies in order to gain insiderstatus to protect the account from any competitive activity.
oCommunicateand coordinate with our internal resource specialist to keep them abreast offuture client needs to fulfill client resource needs.
