Working hours : Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. or from 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. or from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Job Description :
The sales / service coordinator will be responsible for :
Entering orders into the system (entrying important data)
Response to requests from representatives
Preparation of tenders (capital goods)
Order tracking
Managing product returns
Coordination of backorders
Reconciliation of hospital center purchase orders with implant replacements
Documentation of deliveries, returns, credits and reconciliations
Monitoring of batches of surgical equipment and implants
Qualifications
Bilinguisme tant à l'oral comme à l'écrit
Expérience au sein d'un poste similaire
Connaissance et aisance avec la suite Ms Office
Atout : SAP, EDI, SMS
Sens de l’initiative, méthodique et rigoureux
Habilité en résolution de problèmes et sens de l’urgence
Organisé, capable de gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement dynamique
Capable d'apprendre rapidement, esprit d'équipe et autonomie
