We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant / Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Your Day to Day :

  • Organize the inventory process using Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with other departments (Service, Wash, Body Shop) while respecting deadlines
  • Inspect the cars and record their condition in Google Sheets
  • Keep inventory up to date in Google Sheets
  • Move vehicles inside and outside the dealership
  • Refuel vehicles
  • Ensure the showroom and front line of the dealership comply with the manufacturer's standards
  • Assist the sales team with various tasks such as retrieving vehicles and mats, washing cars as needed, and carrying out road trips
  • Transport, load, and unload tires and manage the inventory
  • Recharge the batteries of vehicles in the showroom
  • Ensure that the customer parking is kept clear of any obstacles
  • Assist the person responsible of merchandising as needed
  • Move vehicles during snowy days and before major snowstorms to facilitate snow removal operations
  • Clear snow from vehicles and ensure they are accessible
  • Keep the MINI drive-thru area clear and ensure no tires are left in this area
  • Your talents :
