WHO YOU ARE :
As a key player on our growing and dynamic Marketing team, you will be integral to our operations, focusing on 75% retouching, 15% photography, and 10% prop styling and miscellaneous tasks.
Bringing with you a keen attention to detail and a passion for fashion, your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Retouching all product images for the ecom website
- Responsible for cropping and editing photos to the specified web requirements
- Retouching campaign photos upon request
- Retouching, resizing and cropping UGC photos to specific requirements
- Assisting accessory photographer with styling products when needed
- Uploading retouched photos
- Collaborating with other departments on collections and style direction
- Shooting accessories flats and / or apparel / on-model photos when needed
- Pacing the shooting day to meet volume target
- Maintaining a consistant lighting and color profile
- Ensuring the photos are consistent with the creative direction
- Sending retouching notes for shot photos
- Keeping up to date with the brand
- Other tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
- Diploma / degree in a related field of study
- Related experience in photography and / or fashion an asset
- Advanced knowledge in Apple computers / Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or / and Capture One
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high energy and a positive attitude
- Proven ability to work with a large number of images
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high volume and meet deadlines
- A passion for fashion and strong sense of style
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
- Eager and willing to learn and gain experience
- Ability to communicate perfectly in French and English (spoken and written. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international).
- Willing to work in office (Laval) 4 days per week, and 1 day at home
