JOB SUMMARY :
This company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads, qualify interest, and set
appointments with decision-makers across various industries. With a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales, the BDR will support our
clients by identifying potential opportunities and facilitating meetings with key contacts. this company has fostered a strong team culture,
providing ongoing sales training, a benefits plan, and opportunities for career advancement within full-cycle sales and management.
Full Time - Rotating Shifts (Mornings, afternoons, Weekends)
Lead Generation : Proactively reach out to prospective companies and identify decision-makers (Manager, Director, VP, C-level) within target industries.
Interest Qualification : Discuss client products and services with potential leads to gauge interest and assess the fit.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings between qualified leads and client representatives to further explore sales opportunities
Client Collaboration : Work with clients to understand their sales goals and develop a tailored approach to outreach.
CRM Management : Track interactions and manage prospect information within the CRM to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
Performance Reporting : Provide insights and updates to management on lead generation progress and any client feedback received.
Office Demands : Ability to work in a hybrid setup, requiring office presence at least two days per week.
Communication Skills : Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication to engage potential leads effectively.
