As a CSR with HJC Corp. your specific duties will include things such as :
- Interacting with customers over the phone and email, providing the customer service and support needed to determine needs and schedule deliveries
- Investigating and resolving customer opportunities and concerns
- Processing Sales Orders & Bids generated through phone or email transactions
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?
As a CSR, you must be optimistic, friendly and service oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must. Bilingual (EN / FR) is an asset.
All interested applicants must possess :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Capability to work in fast paced environment and to meet strict deadlines
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and preference given to those with a good working knowledge of INFOR M3 and QUICKBASE
- Knowledge in the lighting, plumbing, restroom partitions and accessories, tile, water heater and HVAC industries is an asset
