Brandt has an opportunity for a Remarketing & International Sales Specialist reporting to our Mississauga Construction & Forestry location.
This position will report to our VP of Operations - Ontario.
This full-time, permanent position specializes in the remarketing of previously used heavy equipment in markets based in Northern Alberta, the United States, and Europe.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Developing and increasing used equipment sales outside of Brandt’s Deere assigned territory as set by the company
- Sourcing used equipment
- Providing input to stakeholders on used equipment value
- Safeguarding company assets in conjunction with policy
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
- Candidates must have a valid passport and have the ability to work / travel in the United States and Europe; this position requires up to 50% travel time (1-2 weeks / month)
- Excellent communication skills in English are required
- Proficient knowledge in computer applications (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry; 10+ years’ experience is preferred
- 2 years’ experience in international sales and purchasing with significant experience in global procurement, acquisition, negotiation, and closing transactions preferred
- Sales experience in Central, Eastern and Southern US regions considered an asset
- Mining experience considered an asset
- Applicable post-secondary education considered an asset
