Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist to their team for an initial 12 month contract which is renewable.
This role is completely remote within Canada.
Responsibilities :
Conducts in-depth interviews encompassing lifestyle and medical questions, to facilitate the underwriting process for clients who have applied for individual insurance (i.
e : Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance)
- Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to probe tactfully when eliciting personal and medical information
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills
- Manages workload efficiently with the use of excellent organization and time-management skills
- Respects the confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
- Addresses customers' concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Requirements :
- Medical knowledge (e.g., dental assistant, nursing, recent graduates in health sciences).
- High accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer service and strong technical aptitude.
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
