Digital Marketing Specialist Retirement Solutions
Our client, a leader in the insurance and financial services industry, is seeking a professional for a hybrid contract. This opportunity is designed for a proactive marketing specialist eager to support initiatives in the Canadian retirement plan market.
With direct project ownership, the successful candidate will manage multiple projects and leverage digital marketing expertise to enhance customer experiences and promote retirement benefits and options.
Working within a collaborative team, this role supports members’ financial journeys through effective communication and marketing strategies.

- Hourly salary of $41.00 to $46.48, based on experience.

- Weekday schedule from 8 : 30 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing initiatives, spanning digital, print, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (editorial, design, digital, legal, compliance) to ensure timely and compliant delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and tracking of marketing activities to meet strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate legal and compliance approvals, including French adaptation through translation partners.
- Provide general support to management as needed.
What you will need to succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree; post-secondary education preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven digital marketing expertise, including email marketing, paid social, and web analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly the group retirement market, is a plus.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and web analytics tools is advantageous.
- Highly detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality, ensuring all marketing materials meet high standards and are up-to-date.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong research, information-gathering, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently, contributing positively to team dynamics.
