Responsibilities
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI, using data-driven insights to improve performance.
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google (SEM and product listings), Meta ads, influencer outreach, and email marketing to boost eCommerce sales.
Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including strategy, outreach, and campaign activation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-conversion landing pages, enhance site performance, and create a seamless user experience.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all digital campaigns, providing in-depth reports and optimizing for KPIs such as conversions, CTR, ROAS, and ACOS.
Leverage analytical tools to track performance across multiple channels, ensuring accurate attribution and data interpretation.
Implement a structured approach to A / B testing and creative optimization, continuously improving advertising performance.
Explore new audiences and demographics, expanding reach and scaling campaigns to drive growth.
Stay informed on emerging digital marketing technologies and trends, providing recommendations for innovative approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience in advertising agencies, eCommerce, tech platforms, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing a 7-figure annual advertising budget.
Demonstrable success in driving eCommerce revenue through targeted digital strategies and campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with executing digital marketing campaigns, including Google SEM / product listings, Meta ads, influencer marketing, and email strategies.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (Upfluence, GRIN, Whalar, CreatorIQ) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics, Triple Whale, Hotjar, etc.).
Expertise in optimizing landing pages, improving user funnels, and executing A / B and multivariate tests.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and apply best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.
