Business System Analyst to join our Zoho consulting team

The role :
Project delivery (80% of time)
- Understand and analyze customer's business model and processes
- Gather customer's requirements
- Develop project scope, plan, and tasks backlog
- Zoho solution design with the support of the team
- Configure and customize Zoho system. Hands-on work
- Manage project tasks and timelines
- Lead developers
- Create documentation
- Test delivered solutions
- Develop training materials and conduct customer training sessions
- Occasionally travel to customers
Internal initiatives (20% of time)
- Support marketing team with professional materials generation including video recordings, articles and more
- Support sales team with pre-sale activities including system demo, meetings
- Contribute to internal knowledgebase generation and knowledge sharing
- Travel to conferences and events
Probation period 3 months
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis - must
- Experience in business software implementation and configuration - must
- Proven experience of working with customers and conducting meetings and workshops - must
- Excellent communication and verbal skills in English - must
- Proven experience in business processes mapping and design
- Good understanding of data modeling including ERD and other design tools
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with software configuration tools and software development methodology
- Familiarity with software design and integration patterns
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
