About theRole :
The selectedcandidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial lendingfiles from due diligence and drafting security documentsto funding transactions and final reporting to clients.

Key Qualifications :
- Experience inCommercial Lending : Recent experience in commerciallending or related experience such asconveyancing.
- LAA / ParalegalCertification : Certificate or diploma from anaccredited Canadian institution.
