Responsibilities
Enter, post and reconcile batches,
Research and resolve customer A / R issues,
Maintain cash receipts journal
Update and reconcile sub-ledger to G / L.
Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance
with guidelines
Verify the correctness of documents and codes
Qualifications
Knowledgeable of ERP systems
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
1+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
Proficiency in order entry
General familiarity with Credit Application
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of commercial collections
