The Role
As the Director, Marketing (PPC), you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and revenue through strategic management of marketing initiatives and programs including Amazon PPC and Google AdWords campaigns.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing, implementing and managing successful strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

- Are an expert in PPC marketing with deep expertise in performance marketing and growth strategies.

Who You Are :
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on PPC and eCommerce, including 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Strong background in lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies for both B2C and B2B markets.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for deriving actionable insights from data.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and deliver compelling corporate messaging
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to optimize performance across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Oversee and refine ad campaigns to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce and website marketing initiatives, ensuring effective ad spend and strategic campaign placement.
- Enhance user experience and conversion rates through targeted merchandising strategies and marketplace optimizations.
- Collaborate with the product team to devise effective product marketing and go-to-market strategies tailored for various platforms.
Team Management and Leadership :
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Drive team performance through continuous development and innovative thinking, aligning efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Performance Analysis and Optimization :
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition.
- Continuously optimize storefronts, ad campaigns, and marketing channels to achieve superior results.
Customer Acquisition and Retention :
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition through display, email, and social media marketing channels.
- Enhance customer retention by leveraging insights from surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics.
Sales Enablement and Go-to-Market Strategy :
- Partner with sales and account management teams to support marketing efforts and drive sales initiatives.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market demands
