We’re searching for a Toronto-based Director, Marketing Operations, to join our marketing team, so that we can drive global marketing performance.
The Director, Marketing Operations will lead our marketing operations team to unite our global customer journey.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategy to unite our global customer journey
Analyze and improve marketing workflows and processes in HubSpot and Salesforce in order to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive data-driven decision making
Manage a high-performing team in order to optimize marketing processes, enhance efficiency, and support our business goals
Coordinate with business leadership to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives

Proven success in marketing operations with a B2B software company
In-depth knowledge on how to guide a team
Ability to commute to Toronto, ON 50% of the month
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
