About the Position :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
This locum tenens position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and accurately diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
Interpret lab results, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver quality, patient-centered care.
Utilize EPIC EMR system for efficient medical charting and documentation.
Maintain compliance with departmental policies and state regulations.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Education : Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Licensure : Current, active Physician Assistant license in Oklahoma.
Certification : Board certification as a Physician Assistant.
Experience : Demonstrated experience in a hospital Emergency Department is required.
Skills :
Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
