Responsibilities
- Manage the opening, tracking, and coordination of sales-related files;
- Ensure accurate data entry in various internal systems (Order Book, Quote log, Stock List, Genius);
- Provide general information to representatives, including estimates and price change analyses;
- Contribute to improving best practices in sales tracking;
- Perform other related tasks to support the sales department and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of sales and customer service departments;
- Experience working with sales representatives on the road;
- Strong discipline and attention to detail in handling documentation;
- Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities;
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changes;
- Strong stress management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (an asset);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of sales software (an asset);
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, both written and spoken;
- Fast execution and strong focus on customer service.
