PositionOverview :
Workingin a stateoftheart industryleading showroom the ShowroomDesign & SalesAssociate will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience byoffering product insights assisting with design selections andensuring the showroom remains inviting and organized.
In this roleyou will build and manage client accounts by coordinating projectsand order followups ensuring an exceptional experience from startto finish.

Compensation&Benefits
- Basesalary monthly commissions and quarterlybonus. $60000 $67500 total earnings oncefully ramped up.

KeyResponsibilities
- ClientEngagement &Interaction : Greet walkin and appointment clients and understand their projectneeds offering product recommendations that align with their designvision.
- OrderManagement : Process client orders collaborate with other departments to ensureorder accuracy and manage followup communications for a seamlesscustomerjourney.
- ClientRelationshipManagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors designersand retail clients to support ongoing sales and projectsuccess.
- ProductKnowledge : Develop and maintain familiarity with the company’s rangeof tiles flooring and other design materials to offer informedguidance.
Our client provides extensive training including atwoweek onboarding program product seminars and opportunities forselfstudy.
ShowroomPresentation : Maintain the showroom in top condition ensuring it is organized andvisually appealing to elevate the client experience and leave alasting impression.
Qualifications
- 13years in a clientfacingposition ; experience in a showroom or designrelated environmentis a strong asset.
- Experienceeducation or passion for Design Fashion Art or Architecture is astrongasset .
- Exposureto the flooring industry is a strong asset.
- Excellentcommunication relationship building and problemsolving skills arerequired.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for continuouslearning.
