- Clean and sanitize allassigned guestrooms and public spaces including : dustingmaking beds soiled linen / garbage removal from rooms vacuumingbathroom cleaning and disinfecting cleaning furniture inside windowcleaning replenish rooms with supplies
- Followdetailed cleaning standards in both stayover and vacant rooms asset through our ALL Safe Stay Well Leading Quality Assurance andAccors brand standards
- Consistently update andrecord all cleaned rooms in provided mobiledevices
- Report any maintenance needs requiredin guest rooms service areas and publicspaces
- Communicate any specific guest requestsor concerns with a Housekeepingleader
- Participate in deep cleaning of rooms asrequired
- Return and properly tag all lost andfound articles in the HousekeepingOffice
- Working safely to preventinjury
- Performs other related duties and followhotel standards as assigned / applicable.
- Willwork weekends holidays and shift work asscheduled
Qualifications :
- Previoushousekeeping experience an asset
- Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
- Stronginterpersonal and problemsolvingabilities
- Highly responsible &reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellowcolleagues as part of a team with minimumsupervision
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
