Responsibilities :

  • Negotiates supply agreements and manages vendor relationships with preferred convenience store suppliers, for assigned categories.
  • Manages product assortment and product specifications in assigned categories, in order to identify and address opportunities within the business and the market, to maximize sales and margin opportunities.
  • Develops and communicates business plans that maximize sales, margin dollars and margin percentage, based on current business trends and external market factors.
  • Identifies items to maximize promotional and marketing strategies to meet sales and margin goals.
  • Provides field leadership teams and store operators with relevant and timely communication required to maximize sales and margins, through effective merchandising tactics.
  • Assists in the support, maintenance and updating of the price book ERP system, as required.

Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a directly related role, which includes store retail operations and systems experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Persuasive communicator, presenter and negotiator.
  • Self-starter who can manage time well.
  • Able to plan, execute and juggle multiple projects and priorities successfully.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven attention to detail.

Responsabilités :

  • Négocier des accords d’approvisionnement et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs privilégiés des magasins de proximité, pour les catégories attribuées.
  • Gérer l’assortiment et les spécifications des produits dans les catégories attribuées, afin d’identifier et de saisir les opportunités au sein de l’entreprise et du marché, pour maximiser les ventes et les marges.
  • Élaborer et communiquer des plans d’affaires qui maximisent les ventes, les marges en dollars et les pourcentages de marge, sur la base des tendances commerciales actuelles et des facteurs de marché externes.
  • Identifie les éléments permettant de maximiser les stratégies de promotion et de marketing afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et de marge.
  • Fournir aux équipes de direction sur le terrain et aux exploitants de magasins la communication pertinente et opportune nécessaire pour maximiser les ventes et les marges, grâce à des tactiques de merchandising efficaces.
  • Participe au soutien, à la maintenance et à la mise à jour du système ERP du livre des prix, selon les besoins.

Compétences et expérience :

  • Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans une fonction directement liée, comprenant une expérience des opérations de vente au détail en magasin et des systèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement entrepreneurial au rythme rapide.
  • Communicateur, présentateur et négociateur persuasif.
  • Autonome et capable de gérer son temps.
  • Capable de planifier, d’exécuter et de jongler avec plusieurs projets et priorités avec succès.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques avec un souci du détail avéré.
