Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our fast growing team to help us operate cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and tools, ensuring system effectiveness of internal security controls.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Privileged Access Management (PAM), security, and has in depth experience supporting large scale enterprise systems.
What will you do?
Responsible for providing second level support for PAM services
User account configuration in CyberArk Vault
Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems while performing root cause analysis, identifying improvements, and driving to implementation
Operate information security controls related to privileged access within established timelines
Responsible for documenting detailed support procedures
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Superior technical expertise and aptitude.
3 or more years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems in large environments with strong technical experience in support of LDAP directory services (e.
g. Sun / Oracle Directory) and CyberArk Vault account configuration
Familiarity with multi-factor authentication concepts and technologies (e.g. RSA SECURID), Business Intelligence tools (e.
g. Tableau) and experience creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts
Broad and in-depth knowledge of the IAM domain including related PAM capabilities and tools, IT controls, testing and maintenance and regulatory requirements
In-depth knowledge of best practices in the area of IT service management (i.e. incident, problem, and change) while displaying a strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results.
Nice-to-have
Certifications : CyberArk, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), CISSP
IT standards, methodologies, CMM & audit requirements experience
