Position : Returns AnalystLocation : Montreal (2 days in office, 3 days remote)Job Type : 1-Year Contract with Potential for ExtensionWe are seeking a Returns Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in the Accounts Receivable department by ensuring inventory accuracy and seamless credit processes.
In this hybrid role, you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities : - Issue Return Authorizations (RAs) following retailer-specific procedures and approval processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage and validate returns accurately.- Process credit notes efficiently across multiple warehouses.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all corrections and transactions are properly processed in the ERP system.
- Analyze and document processes, providing suggestions to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Assist with various departmental tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role.- Strong Excel skills (including V-lookups and pivot tables).
- Experience with credit note processing and ERP systems.- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform with minimal supervision.
