Ourclient a company specializing in the sale service and rental ofoffice equipment as well as digital archiving solutions is lookingfor a Finance Professional specializing in Accounts Payable andReceivable.
This key role will allow you to contribute to thefinancial management of the company by ensuring meticulous trackingof transactions and optimizing financialprocesses.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $24 to $27 based onexperience.
Permanent fulltimeposition with flexible hours.
Adaptable workweek : 40 hours or 32 hours per week depending on yourpreference.
Choice of number ofdays : option to work 4 or 5 days perweek.
Flexible schedule : 8 am to4 : 30 pm or 8 : 30 am to 5 pm as per yourconvenience.
Location : onsitework in Ville SaintLaurent.

Responsibilities :
Manage the full cycle of accountspayable.
Manage the full cycle ofaccounts receivable.
Data entryverification and recording in GLaccounts.
Monitoring of accountstatements and analysis of financialreports.
Collection of receivedpayments and management ofdeposits.
Production of financialdocuments and periodic reports.
Related administrativetasks.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Degree in accounting finance or a relatedfield.
Relevant experience inmanaging accounts payable andreceivable.
Proficient inMicrosoft environment especiallyExcel.
Knowledge of an accountingsoftware such as Acomba.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meetdeadlines.
Initiative organizedand capable of adapting tochanges.
Analytical skills toidentify and resolve accountingdiscrepancies.
Attention todetail and accuracy in financial transactionmanagement.
Excellentcommunication skills both oral andwritten.
Bilingual in English andFrench to handle financial documents and reports in bothlanguages.
